Elite Tours, Inc. is owned and operated by Terry and Michele Kirkman. They were both born and raised in the Bedford area and reside in the Northwest part of Lawrence County in the small town of Springville.

Because they have a working knowledge of the limestone industry through their other two businesses, and they saw a strong interest from the public, in Spring 2007, they decided to start offering tours to give people a better understanding of the industry that made Bedford and Lawrence County what it is today.
